If I got a 1000cc+ for my first bike and restricted it to a 125cc would the insurance be cheap?

"Our auto  insurance     company recently terminated my policy because of direct bank that was outstanding. This is what happened. My immediate money didnot get paid Jan 2013 because of my lender when I didn't have enough resources"I am a 19 year-old man living in the UK. And that I get SO frustrated at how much more guys have to purchase auto  insurance
